In the App

Open Profile, go to Privacy & deletion, then tap Delete account. After you confirm, the app deletes your profile details, sign-in identity, notification devices, app state, and preferences, then signs you out.

By Email

Email support@hellobobacafe.com from the contact information tied to your account. Include the phone number used to sign in.

What Happens

Hello Boba Cafe removes eligible app profile data immediately after your in-app confirmation. Some order, payment, reward, fraud prevention, tax, security, or legal records may need to be retained where required.
