Delete Your Hello Boba Club Account

In the App

Open Account, choose Privacy & support, then Privacy & deletion and Delete account. After you confirm, the app removes your profile and sign-in details, notification devices, app state, preferences, saved favorites/usuals, unticketed RSVPs, poll votes, and saved achievement progress, then signs you out. Customer review comments/photos, personal quest submissions, event check-in location metadata, and your account-merge request notes are cleared.

Email support@hellobobacafe.com with the subject “Hello Boba Club account deletion.” Include the phone number used to sign in so we can verify the request. You do not need to install or log in to the app. Do not send payment-card details or verification codes.

What Happens

Eligible app profile data is removed immediately after your in-app confirmation. Customer reviews are hidden and their photos/comments cleared. Private reward photos are hidden immediately; customer-owned profile, review, and community/quest uploads are queued for storage removal. Removal retries if storage is unavailable. Cafe-owned business content is not removed by deleting a staff account.

Personal notes on eligible local app orders are removed when the order is completed or canceled. Instructions needed to safely prepare an active order remain until fulfillment ends. Payment-provider records are not automatically deleted by this app action.

Necessary order/payment, tax, reward, opt-out, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained for recordkeeping or honoring your choices. Routine API metrics are scheduled for deletion after 45 days and incident records after 90 days; private reward photos have 7-day unsubmitted and 30-day submitted retention limits. For specific financial-record or backup retention information, or help removing previously published cafe photo copies, contact us. Independently shared copies may also require a request to the relevant platform.
