Using the App

Hello Boba Club is for Hello Boba Cafe ordering, rewards, events, gift cards, community voting, and optional challenges. Please use the app honestly and keep account information accurate.

Rewards and Promotions

Rewards, coupons, points, challenges, and event perks may have expiration dates, item restrictions, and availability limits. Hello Boba Cafe may correct errors, prevent abuse, and change promotional rules when needed.

Referral Offer

When available, a new customer joins with an invite code before completing their first fully paid app drink order within the displayed claim window. After that order is verified, both customers receive the displayed next-drink coupon. The launch offer is 50% off one drink on a future app order, valid for 7 days after issue, with no coupon stacking. The advocate can earn rewards for up to 5 qualifying friends per cafe calendar month. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, refunded qualifying orders, and unverified payments do not qualify.

Optional Photo Reward

When entries are open, submit your own appropriate photo from an eligible completed app order for manager review. The launch reward is $1 off a future app order of $5 or more, valid for 7 days after approval, with no coupon stacking. One entry is allowed every 7 days. New approvals share a $25 daily reward budget; submission does not guarantee approval or a coupon.

Public posting, positive comments, likes, follows, and cafe-reuse permission are not required. If you choose to post publicly in connection with the reward, use #HelloBobaCafe and clearly disclose the incentive in the post, for example: “I may receive a coupon from Hello Boba Cafe for this photo. #ad”. Include the disclosure where people can see it without opening a separate page. A supplied post link is reviewed by staff, not automatically verified by the app.

You choose whether and where to share. Instagram and Facebook may not prefill a caption; check the caption and disclosure before publishing. This offer is operated by Hello Boba Cafe and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through Square-hosted checkout or Square-supported payment flows. Menu availability, pickup times, and prices may change based on store operations and Square settings.

Weekday Membership Preview

The proposed new plan is $29.99 per calendar month, renewing until future renewal is canceled. Membership is currently a limited web pilot, not open public enrollment. Payment requires a separate, explicit authorization before Square saves a card and starts recurring billing; viewing the offer does not enroll or charge you.

Verified paid members receive one drink benefit per eligible cafe day: Monday covers up to $6.75 of one eligible drink, including eligible flavors and toppings; Tuesday through Friday takes 50% off up to $6.75 of one drink's price. Amounts above the cap, food and additional drinks are charged normally. Benefits reset at midnight Eastern, do not roll over or transfer, and do not combine with another coupon or Boba Buddy discount. Benefits are for app pickup orders and require verified payment; a pending checkout holds, rather than consumes, the benefit until its outcome is confirmed.

Canceling future renewal preserves verified time already paid for and does not automatically refund previous payments or reset daily benefits. Existing quarterly contracts, if any, retain their original price, billing schedule, consent and paid time; this offer does not migrate them. Marketing SMS Terms

Text promos are optional marketing messages from Hello Boba Cafe about cafe offers, limited-time specials, Boba Passport reward reminders, and community events.

Marketing texts are voluntary and are not required as a condition of purchase or service. The only way to opt in or re-consent is for a signed-in customer to select the standalone Text promos setting in Hello Boba Club and choose Agree & turn on text promos. No inbound keyword, including START, creates or restores app marketing consent; START can only remove a Twilio or carrier delivery block after a prior STOP. Marketing message frequency varies based on cafe campaigns and customer preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or email support@hellobobacafe.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Hello Boba Cafe does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Community Content

Reviews, poll responses, and photo mission submissions should be respectful and appropriate for the cafe community. Hello Boba Cafe may remove or reject submissions that are unsafe, unrelated, offensive, or abusive.
