Using the App

Hello Boba Club is for Hello Boba Cafe ordering, rewards, events, gift cards, community voting, and optional challenges. Please use the app honestly and keep account information accurate.

Rewards and Promotions

Rewards, coupons, points, challenges, and event perks may have expiration dates, item restrictions, and availability limits. Hello Boba Cafe may correct errors, prevent abuse, and change promotional rules when needed.

Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through Square-hosted checkout or Square-supported payment flows. Menu availability, pickup times, and prices may change based on store operations and Square settings.

Marketing SMS Terms

Text promos are optional marketing messages from Hello Boba Cafe about cafe offers, limited-time specials, Boba Passport reward reminders, and community events.

Marketing texts are voluntary and are not required as a condition of purchase or service. The only way to opt in or re-consent is for a signed-in customer to select the standalone Text promos setting in Hello Boba Club and choose Agree & turn on text promos. No inbound keyword, including START, creates or restores app marketing consent; START can only remove a Twilio or carrier delivery block after a prior STOP. Marketing message frequency varies based on cafe campaigns and customer preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or email support@hellobobacafe.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Hello Boba Cafe does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Community Content

Reviews, poll responses, and photo mission submissions should be respectful and appropriate for the cafe community. Hello Boba Cafe may remove or reject submissions that are unsafe, unrelated, offensive, or abusive.
